Just after WWII, Harold Percival teamed up with Harry Turner and opened Percival & Turner, with offices in Friar Street, Sudbury. Then in 1951, the two partners went their separate ways and Harold founded Percival & Company, with both practices remaining in Friar Street, Sudbury.
In the early 1960’s, Percival & Company moved into a purpose-built office in Cornard Road, Sudbury, where they remained for nearly 40 years.
In 1985, with an ever increasing demand for the firms services in Earls Colne, in connection with the winding up of Hunts Factory and the disposal of their properties, Percival & Company opened a temporary office in Tillwicks House, Halstead Road, Earls Colne. Later that year, the firm then brought an office premises in the High Street, which is where we remain today.
In the late 1990’s, the Sudbury office moved into North Street, until the decision was made to close the Sudbury branch in 2000.
In 2024, we became a limited company.
